Payment

We charge advance payment for the services provided through the website. Transaction charges and tax, where applicable, are to be borne by the client.

Revisions

We offer revisions on delivered work as long as the requests are made within the agreed delivery window and remain aligned with the approved scope of the project.

Refund Policy

You may claim a full refund of your amount before work has started on your project. Once work has started, any refund will be processed after deducting non-recoverable labor or transaction costs, where applicable.
